Second, good find. I had been following this buried story when it was called the "Reform Treaty" and was hoping that its subsequent death was the reason for radio silence on the issue. Au Contraire, the "Lisbon Treaty" lives.
How do you think the local populations are going to react when they fully understand what has happened to them? This gesture is antagonizing and frightening at the same time.
I'm not sure how they'll deal, but I do know that Europreans aren't pacifists. Do you think they'll accept the treaty, or will they revolt?
