It's not exactly relevant, quite, but human trafficking is well and good in south-east Asia. I really don't think it needs to be imported from the US. Indonesia, or parts of it, may be an exception, and Islam seems prone to respect women in the letter and not in the spirit of the law, but when it's not just a little skin, but young girls being sold, any concession to the sex industry is going to be seen as more of the same.
Which is one thing that I wish certain folks would figure out. It's not our foreign policy, it's our culture, and while it may be all fine and good to deplore the exportation of McDonalds, it's HOLLYWOOD that is the larger threat. And it's Hollywood that seems most packed with apologists for the enemy.
