Limited blogging, due to a baby with a head cold. These things happen - nothing to do but keep him warm and fed and pretend that that disgusting-looking suction thing is doing some good.

Ah yes, the 'suction thing'. Never mind - they start to get pretty efficient at blowing their own noses by about nine years old . . .

It is called a "Snokkerer" after the sound it makes when it is being used. We went through four kids with those things. They are great.
It also beats how Amazon indians clean out their infants sinuses. A process involving reverse mouth to nose breathing if you get the drift.
