This one is a February classic. It's called
Stay Warm and Comfy
You'll need:
A bottle of Nyquil
A space heater
Combine in whatever way seems appropriate.
Doesn't Nyquil contain a signficiant amount of alcohol?
Might not combining that with a space heater cause you to set yourself on fire?
Of course, with your current weather, that might not be such a bad thing.
nyquils german cousin Jaegermiester also works, and its label is much more festive.
Much better alternative recipe:
Bottle of Scotch (Macallan 15 is preferred)
Fireplace
Much cozier and easier on the electric bills. It does force you to replenish the wood every so often, as you do need to get up occasionally.
Course I'm in an apartment at the moment and desperately miss having a fireplace of my own.
Alternative:
Nice hot cup of decaf herbal tea. Stir in a teaspoon of honey. Toss in a nice, medicinal quantity of brandy (which doesn't need to be the good stuff). Drink it to wash down a Benadryl (if you can actually find one of the real things anymore).
Sleep for the next 8 hours.
About off to Florida tomorrow for 10 days! Whopee! lotsa golf and some fishing. . . Oh yeah, and some Irish with old friends.
I prefer:
A bottle of brandy.
A girl.
Combine in whatever way seems inappropriate.

RE: Be Well
As I've said so oft before....
....homeopathy.
Regards,
Chuck(le)
P.S. Costs less than one night of a space-heater on max for 28 or 29 days.
P.P.S. But....
....considering your link, I think Mr. Lion (above) is on an equally appropriate track as well. My approach was when you've got a 'bug'. That being brought on by the mention of NyquilŽ.
