It seemed like a rather old speech. Aside from references to recent election results, Katrina, other 2005 details, the issues and arguments seemed like they could have been stated in 2005 or 2004.
When are the democrats going to respond cogently to the arguments for Iraq?
This side of Joe Lieberman, I can't think of someone who's in the loyal opposition. I'm sure there is one or two, they just don't come to mind.
dont be going and getting all loaded and happy now. I expect equal ammo in the vodkapundit flamethrower, for the uh, well, "loyal" opposition as you call them.
I expect a full on impression of 'andy rooney getting to the restaurant an hour late for the early bird special' in your remarks.
