Eric Shimp was kind enough to send me this link, and I'm kind enough to share it with you.
NOTE: I know some folks hate "blind" links, so here's a clue for you. It involves science. And drinking. What's not to love?
Don't forget the other great alcohol-related website run by scienticians - http://www.ohmygoditburns.com/wordpress/index.php?p=4
Apparently, Brita filters can turn cheap vodka into premium vodka really easily.
Science and drinking? OK, how about this one...

Send this one to the Nobel Committee!
Pssh. Jello Shots are for kids. Us really good drunks cut to the chase and freeze vodka into ice cubes with liquid nitrogen.
Why weren't we ever asked to take part in useful experiments like this in my college chemistry course?

RE: Soooo....
...when you'll be entering this as your effort for this years Science Fair?
The judges will LOVE IT!
Regards,
Chuck(le)
P.S. Be sure to get a temporary liquor license for the fair, if you plan to charge for samples. However, the judges should get theirs free.
All this, and *no* apparent Big Government Grant to boot!
