Yeah, saw the trailer a couple of weeks back, and a few times since. I like that Jackson's (so far as the trailer shows) re-interpreted the myth of Kong and not focussed on making Kong climb the Empire State Bldng. more realistically.

Plus, the demo for the associated game proves to be WAY cool.

Saw it last night when I was seeing Domino (eh.).

I confess to not having seen the original, but I'm surprised (and happily so) that they have it set in the original time period and haven't modernized it like Godzilla.

Though I can't picture Adrian Brody as an action hero...

Wow. Looks good. I too am glad Jackson shot this as a period piece. CGI has certainly enabled film makers to let it all hang out, that's for sure.

Naomi Watts + something else = irresistable. I understand there is also an ape in the film.
