My apologies to Pajamas Media's Jill Stewart for my least-coherent interview ever. As I explained to Jill before we really got talking, I was willing to hit Mute on the TV during Game Six, but I wasn't willing to turn it off.
UPDATE: Just booked my flight and hotel for the PJ Media launch party next month. Hopefully, I'll meet some old friends there, and more than a few new ones. (Ooooh, and maybe some enemies.)
As I noted at the Samizdata party last May, I'm not sure if my cocktail drinking at these functions counts as sociability or performance art.
Congrats for the new hat Stephen. This is such an exciting idea and I look forward to great things from not only you but, the entire Pajamas Media. I still like that name by the way....clever and so true and even humorous. The entire blogdom is based on fun and that is the best way to engage people - make em laugh. You have done that for me and many others and for that I thank you.
Yes, congrats. I am glad for the upcoming name change- for some reason "Pajamas Media" makes my brain hurt when I think it. I just thought it, ouch.
On drinking: two parts sociability and one part performance art.

You also missed Jane Galt's blogger party in NY. I was in town and walked by, but didn't see the place, then I got a phone call and ditched the effort to meet up with some people. Don't know how it turned out.
