The only fly in the ointment is that some men might avert their eyes from some of the neighbors for reasons other than allegience to Taliban (you know who I mean ladies). You yourself can probably think of a few woman for whom men might be inclined to repeatedly poke their eyes with a sharp stick after she drove by. So perhaps there should be a "Burka" exemption when the Burka is adapted from a VW beetle cover and snugly fits the woman.
