However, did you hear the one about the heart patient who was burned to 'death' in an OR while they were operating on him?

Seems they slopped alcohol on him and it somehow ignited.

But the hospital claims he didn't die of the burns. He died of a heart attack.

If someone threw a flammable material all over me and set me on fire and I was a heart patient, I'd probably have a heart attack too.
