Palm Beach County has an error rate TEN TIMES larger than reported in ANY other county in the nation using paper punch ballots! No information is available about the number of ballots invalidated for previous primary, state, and the 1998 Congressional votes. This shows that "lining up" buttons was NOT actually an issue at Palm Beach, but was created as an excuse to blame the symptoms of fraud at Palm Beach.)

How to steal an election is better set in the context of LBJ or Louisiana politics... this would have been better titled "How to run an election through incompetence"

My wee wifey was an election judge in Chicago, home town of Gore's camaign manager, for 20 years. In that time she never encountered a single hanging or dimpled chad, double punch, or any other form of spoiled ballot. She was, however, instructed that if she encountered one it was not to be counted.
