We have been referring to Kerry as the "Maginot Candidate" for the past couple weeks - He looks strong and electable to the Party Faithful, but wishful thinking aside, he is really outdated, obsolete and full of holes. Andrew nails it here.
This sort of thing is pretty much confined to the crankier portions of the 'sphere and a few talking heads shows now. But what do the Dems think is going to happen when the general public gets a good solid look at Kerry this fall, especially with the Bush folks rightly pounding away at these weaknesses? Could be mighty ugly.
