OK -- how long before someone claims we've had Saddam for weeks (or months, or whatever), and only announced it today to distract attention away from the Halliburton overcharge scandal?

If Bush had Saddam buttoned up somewhere, the proper time to announce his capture would would have been while Hillary is making her acceptance speech for the Democrat nomination to run against him. That would have been beautiful.
I hope W has something up his sleeve to upstage her.
