The key quote in that story is from Bernard Lewis, and reiterates the point about Wahhabi impotence without oil money. So a key question behind this mess is: what principle in the West said that the oil money belonged to whoever happens to inhabit Arabia, rather than those who produce it?
There is a long history of surrendering, in the West, to this principle, and now we are experiencing the true meaning of blowback.
If the Arabian oil profits had been left in the hands of the oil companies...how many Wahhabi terrorists would have been funded?
